Won a Driver Gear in the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win Sweepstakes. Received the congratulatory email with prize code. Upon entering code, I receive:

I never received my rewards for the forza motorsport 7 virtual key sweepstakes. Just wanted to know why one should have been a avatar item the other forza 7 VIP store item and thge last one was another store item thanks

I recently played in the Forza 7 Virtual Key Sweepstakes, and won driver gear and a Hoonigan Car Pack. I was properly emailed the codes (exact same code that would appear on a prepaid card). Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the emails and was wondering
if anybody could help me retrieve them or possibly get new ones.

I also won the driver gear and it's not working. A question though is the driver gear for your avatar or for in Forza 7. If it's for the game I could see it not being available yet since the game isn't out.
