Won a £50 gift card but nothing been sent to me via email

I’ve just won a £50 gift card on flip and win and nothing is being done about it as I should’ve had a an email by now, so please help

Okay so i was rewarded $5 via xbox gift card and it is trying to be sent to my old email. I want the gift card code to be sent to my new email. I updated my billing info and it still didn't work it still keeps telling me its going to my old email. Can anyone
help me in this situation please?

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

Sorry, but they are the only ones who can help with that program. You'll have to continue to work with them.
