    Wolfenstein: The Old Blood keeps crashing at the start up screen


    So I ended up downloading Wolfenstein: The Old Blood. And everytime I start it up, the the start up screen comes up for a second, the game pass symbol scrambles around a bit, then it goes to home screen with no error code or reason for this happening. Is this just me or is anyone else dealing with this, and is there a way to solve this?

    Edit: This is also happening with Wolfenstein: Young blood. No other games I've seen this happen with

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work uninstalling and reinstalling the game will be the next step.
