Wolfenstein The Old Blood achievement glitched out.

Issue:

The "All that glitters" achievement in Wolfenstein The Old Blood is not unlocking for me. It unlocked fine for others I know. The achievement is for collecting 8 gold items in the game. My achievements for collecting 16 and 32 gold items unlocked fine. The
achievement progress tracker in the app shows 100% but still says it's unlocked and not even in the progress of unlocking.

I have done all of the troubleshooting. Clearing MAC, factory reset, removing and recovering profile, uninstalling and re-installing the game, etc. Chat support and phone support were both useless. Chat agent sent me to an achievement survey that contributes
to no sort of resolution and the phone agent tried to say it was the game designers fault and put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back...

I am a completionist when it comes to my games achievements and this is something that will seriously make me not buy another Xbox game and solely only play on my PS4... Achievements were one of the few reasons I stuck with Xbox and if they refuse to help
me then I refuse to give them any more of my money.

Does anyone know who at Xbox can actually do something about this?

Can that team even do anything about this? Also, another achievement in the same game is doing the same exact thing. The name of this achievement is "Research centre combat master"
