    I had bought The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Along With it's Afterbirth DLC, If I have bought them on xbox, why can't I install it on my computer on the same account?

    Only games that are Play Anywhere titles can be bought on the Xbox and redownloaded on the PC for free (or vice versa). Unfortunately that game is not Play Anywhere so you would have to purchase the PC version in order to play it on the PC. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere

    That game does not support Play Anywhere. So if you bought it on Xbox, it'll only work on Xbox. You'd have to purchase the PC version to play on PC.

    Unfortunately only games that are Play Anywhere titles can be bought digitally and played on both the PC or Xbox. Otherwise, you would have to
    purchase the PC version of the game in order to play it on the PC.

    OK, Then the license only covers the PC version unfortunately, and you have to buy it for Xbox if you want to play it there as well.

    Only Play Anywhere titles, covers the license for use on both PC and Xbox.

    If you bought the game for XBOX you cannot play it on PC since it is not part of the XBOX play anywhere list. You can check the games available here:

    To play it on PC you will need to buy another version.
