Initially, you can't make any changes, who knows about the next update to make the changes.

is there anyway i can get my xbox back to how it was. since i got this ''PREVIEW NEW UPDATES ON XBOX ONE'' thing, its ruined everything. i get home from work and want to party and game with friends, but since these updates have occured, i can no longer do
this.. stressful

I'm in agreement with this. The new home screen is an eye sore that makes me want to bleach my eyes and never turn my Xbox on again, my suggestion, take it down, burn whatever data that may hold this update and next time, add an option to ask us if we want
to use a new home screen, what makes me mad the most is when we are forced to deal with something horrendous and not have a way to revert back.

If you go to the icon on the top left of the home screen where you choose your profile, there should be an option to add a new profile or add an existing gamer tag.

This is due to a new System Update that came out on 2/24/2020. This update included a new home screen layout. Due to this there is no way to change the home screen back to the way it way it was. You can check out all new things with updates by going to this
