With latest not insiders build can't turn off the sound of tv

My Xbox one is no longer playing sound from Blue-Rays. It plays TV sound and will continue to play TV sound while Blue-Ray picture is running. This is since the latest update. I tried turning off the TV source then I have no sound. I restarted Xbox one twice
but no help.

I'm using Inside build. I was in delta.

but my current firmware version is 10.0.22000.2285 . I believe this version is same version with official latest firmware version.

I followed your instruction. cleared my MAC address but no luck.

and for your information, as I said remote play works with android or iphone.

but PC xbox app remote play is not working when my tv is turned off.

if I turn on my tv first, then connect my xbox series x on my PC then it works perfectly.

but then , if I turn off my tv, then network connection become very unstable (stuttering insanely)

and become disconnected in about one minute.

I tried unplug hdmi cable while remote playing(not turn off tv) . and it behaves same way

and again, none of this issues occur in iphone or android phone xbox app. no matter tv is turned on or off.

I do have it set to turn the tv on when i turn on the xbox so i just need to turn that off and turn the TV on first. Can't test it right now, but it sounds like that is the issue. Thanks for the help everyone!

Like I said both the xbox and turtle headset mics work fine just don't get sound out of them. Is there a setting inside xbox that might have turned off the sound to the headsets as xbox plays fine through my tv no problem with the sound.

I know they were turning the down the volume when TV was playing when playing inside the home screen. That might have thrown off your settings. Maybe now 65 is your new normal for a good TV/sound balance.
