Witcher3 Achievements are cannot unlocked

I reached an achievement, but it is locked.

for example, I have just cleared heart of stone, but Pacta Sunt Servanda is locked.

Do you know a reason?

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

If you unlocked those achievements offline, a timestamp cannot be added to the achievement; it must be unlocked online for that.

I too have had this problem. Have you tried clearing the cache on your Xbox? Sometimes also just going to the game hub unlocks them. You could also try removing and re-installing the game.

you cannot unlock those achievements without buying The Da Vinci Disappearance. i tried for the Going Up achievement before buying the content and it didn't unlock.

Im having the same issue, ive tried on the family xbox one and was able to unlock achievements but on my xbox one i cannot unlock any achievements

Hi there. Unfortunately you cannot remove achievements that have been unlocked on your profile. You can only remove games that have no achievements unlocked at all.
