Witcher 3 GOTY - no game progress on xbox profile / no achievements

Hey,

Some time ago I bought the W3-GOTY (digital version) from the MS Store on my Xbox One S.

I have already played about 100h, level 24, Velen cleared... and 0 achievements unlocked.

I don't know how it's possible... On 100% I have read over 30 books, most potions unlocked. IMO at least these 2 achievements should have passed. What's more interesting, on the Xbox app I have the following statistics about the game (in polish language):

For comparison, I played some F1-2018 and have 6 achievements unlocked.

I was searching the internet but I didn't find a solution anywhere. I know that achievements are bugged, sometimes they do not count, but so that the game does not see progress except time?

From the things I found and tried to do (found as helping when the achievements do not unlock):

- reinstalling the game
- account deletion and login again
- hard console reset
- wipe whole console

Unfortunately, nothing helped.

I checked support site of CDPR ( https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/witcher-3/xbox-one/gameplay/issue/805/achievement-wasnt-completed-when-requirements-were-met ) and MS site ( https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-achievements-challenges
) but nothing helps there.

Does this mean that I have bugged account / console / copy of the game? What else can I do to be able to full enjoy the game and its achievements?

I have also contacting with support of CDPR. They wrote that i should contact xbox support because they dont make any changes in achievements.

I have tried play game on my wife accounts - stats and achievements didnt count.

Hello eerozeteen,

Were you offline at any point while playing the game? I have previously had trouble with achievements and I was disconnected from the internet at the time, I am wondering if it is a similar issue here.

Hi,

13 Oct 2019 my Xbox popup info about something like "cache memory is full" ( see it in my native language a dont know how it translate). After it, i got 4 popups about acquire four witcher 3 achievements... all with
date 13 oct 2019 ( unlocked it in April/May). I didnt play witcher for 2 months, only poe in this time. It is very stranger for me. I know that some more achievements are unlocked, but i know that should be unlock.
How can i exact again popup about memory full? Maybe after it, next achievements can be unlocked?

After gathering all facts in one, i probably found a reason of my problems...

Im using a pi-hole in my home. On 13 Oct 2019 i turn off it for about 2h, and in that time my console sync data with cloud. I dont know why some game all time sync achievements on time (like Path of Exile), maybe witcher use some other servers which my pi-hole
blocks. I found list to white list on pi-hole site: https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/commonly-whitelisted-domains/212 and today i will test it (check
pi-hole log to look for domains blocked, and which was passed when i switch off pi-hole). I will write with results.

No, my console is always connected to internet. In time when i was playing witcher, i was playing other games and always got progress/achievements from that games. So i thought that this is not that problem.

Some of my achievements didn't pop until the 2nd playthru eg "Witcher gone South" popped after I went back to Velen and returned to Toursaint". I had already got some achievements that can only be done after "going south" in Blood and Wine DLC.
