I'm afraid they no longer offer services for Xbox One consoles and since the console is no longer under warranty, the best thing to do is to check with game shops near you as they have someone who can check it for you and get it within the day depending on the case.

You might also want to try doing a factory reset.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

What console is the one that you want to get serviced?

Xbox One, One S, One X or Xbox Series X/S?

Your console its out of warranty?

Or in the devices tab it appears within warranty?

You may need to ask to this e-commerce brand if your console region is India or from where they imported the device

It sounds to me like there's a problem with the console's optical drive. If it's still under warranty, I think sending it in for repair would be the best option, unless Miss Portia has some Xbox wisdom to drop on us

Your warranty expired? The Xbox One X came out in november 2017. With 2 year warranty, that would mean the very first X will run out of warranty in november 2019.

model is x box one s, its not powering up to x box home screen to start with,

tried power resets, ejects etc, last it was updated and thereafter system failed.

my issue was when updates are not constrained by region although software updates, the same affects functioning,

not providing technical support out of warranty is an unfair trade practice but the number of users/gamers there are u just get it repaired if you find someone who can or have to go for a new one coz nobody bothers after a certain time as even wisdom says that after all its material
