    hello,(dont know if this is the right place to post my problem) I have a problem with an xbox one S. the console disconnects for no reason from the wireless line at least once a day, disconnects up to a minute and then connects again .. I have tried everything
    and even what I was said by customer service but this problem continues and despite being a fast disconnection, it spoils my gaming experience .. I had a one fat and never gave me these problems.

    I read on the internet that many xbox one s have this problem and may be the faulty network card, do you think there are extremes to send it for assistance?

    Hi Tae,

    Is this error coming up on an Xbox one? Would you be able to clarify any steps done to troubleshoot this 'DCHCP' error.

    I would suggest to follow the steps on
    "I get an error message when I run the 'Test network connection' on Xbox One"

    It will have the option to choose the error message that's showing up on the Xbox One, here you'll choose "Can't connect to your DHCP server" and from there it will continue guiding you.

    The issue sounds like it's coming from the two routers communicating with each other, and then to your console. You may want to look into a

    wireless repeater/range extender     to boost your signal instead of using a second router. This will ensure that the secondary device is only extending the wireless signal to your console and not complicating it.
