    Same. Yesterday I was doing a software reset to fix party chat issues which usually works. But now it won't let me into network settings.

    The issue sounds like it's coming from the two routers communicating with each other, and then to your console. You may want to look into a

    wireless repeater/range extender     to boost your signal instead of using a second router. This will ensure that the secondary device is only extending the wireless signal to your console and not complicating it.

    Lag and I dont know why

    ipods, tablets, etc, uses alot of bandwidth. Try upgrading internet speed and buy a repeater or range extender to improve existing wireless network. Talk to a network speciallist or try to follow directions. Talk to your parents first before you do anything.
