Wireless network hardware

Theres a hardware problem.

Sorry the wireless network hardware on this console isn't working. You'll need to send it in for repair. To do this visit Xbox.com/xboxone/repair

So I just purchased and set up this Xbox one a few days ago for my daughter. We've played Mine craft and one other games was able to get loaded but I've been trying to load Doom for 3 days. Last night I finally got the message above. I've reset my console
hoping it works. Any tips other than sending a brand new Xbox back that's less than a week old?

Hey Werberth CRF! The console hardware is damaged and requires repair. Because you opened it you will not be able to do so, so you will need to purchase a new console. Thanks!

Hi guys,

I had to do a hard reset on my xbox one, but when the setup screen appeared, on the connection choice, I can't connect to the internet (wired or wireless), appearing the message "There's a hardware problem. , the wireless network hardware on this console
is not working. You'll need to send it in for repair. "

I opened the Xbox, removed the wifi board, tried the wired connection again, but the message continues to appear. Apparently not a problem on the wifi board, I think, what do you think it could be?

As the console is less than a week only I would suggest you take it back to where you purchased it from and ask that they replace it for you as this will be quicker than sending it for repair.

Prior to taking the console back video the error along with the message displayed by the console to prove there is an issue with it.
