    Wireless issues - all games choppy


    I'm trying out Project xCloud and I currently have a Galaxy S7. I'm sitting 5-10 feet away from my Google Wifi and apparently since it's connecting using 2.4ghz, the performance is incredibly bad. All games are choppy for both audio and video.

    Strangely enough, I can stream from my Xbox One X to all Windows PCs in my house without issue.

    Not sure if this is an issue with the phone or not.

    Anyone else seen challenges like this?

    Xbox Wireless Headset Distorted Sound

    Yesterday (12/1/2021), I experienced extremely choppy audio in Warzone. Thinking this may be a wireless issue, I unplugged the XBox Wireless Adapter and used the USB-C port for audio (USB-C to USB-C). Guess what? I still had choppy audio on the Xbox Wireless headset! I switched to an older 3.5 mm headphone, and the audio was fine.

    I think switching to a wired headset is a good idea at this point, as the Scruffy Fuzzy said above.

    Choppy all around?

    What I find choppy is the UI, going left and right on the user interface has some frame rate issues.

    Could be a lot more fluid considering the power this machine has. I'm not worried about it, they should fix that soon with an update.

    Nothing that affect the frame rate in gaming.

    I haven't tried anything else than COD Ghost so far.

    I like the new Xbox, but still not so sure about Kinect being indispensable. Having to repeat several time wear out my patience with it.

    I am not getting any sound from my cloud games after the update yesterday

    The volume settings are fine. The sound is choppy at best with intermittent words. For other cloud games the there is no sound at all.
