Wireless headphone mic broke

It might still be worthwhile to talk to a chat agent to see if they can honor an out of warranty replacement. I don't have any visibility into the store stuff, but if there is a systemic issue with a product there might be a process to handle it gracefully even after warranty expiration.

So my Warranty ran out 2 weeks ago.

I've tried multiple times now to speak with some one but everytime I've got through the call center have cut me off after speaking with them.

It's incredibly frustrating when it's very obvious that there is defect with the headset build that we are now out of pocket for.

They have a wireless set of surround sound headphones/mic that are supposed to come out in Oct. From what I have seen it has the mic monitoring as well.

I have recently purchased an xbox one mic adapter for my android headphones. After few hours of using these headphones now I can only hear through one side. I've tried on other devices and it doesn't work there now. Microsft broke my headphones and now I
have to buy new ones
