Wireless Gaming Adapters: Wireless network is not visible to connect in xbox
I've had the same problem for ages, it seems the Xbone has a duff network card and randomly can't see any wifi SSIDS. The only solution is a reset of the xbox (choose the option to keep games on HDD) or a 3 week long hardware replacement.

:)

What is Xbox LIVE?

Xbox LIVE provides you with the most amazing entertainment experience through the Xbox 360 console. You can download and play games, get instant access to a large collection of games and music, and connect with your friends.

Wireless connection

You can connect your Xbox 360 console to Xbox LIVE without the need for any network cables. There is a wireless network in place that your Xbox 360 console can use.

Requirements
• An Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter (only available with the original Xbox 360 console).
• A wireless access point, gateway or router that is compatible with Xbox LIVE.
• High Speed Internet connection, preferably DSL or cable.

Note: It is not advisable to use Satellite, 3G or 4G mobile connections due to the possibility of slow performance or lag.

How to Configure and test your Xbox 360 wireless Internet connection

After you have connected the Xbox 360 Wireless Connecting Adapter to your original Xbox 360 console, you have to configure and test the wireless connection.

Steps to Follow

1. On your controller, press the Guide button and proceed to Settings, then choose System Settings.

2. Go to Network Settings then select the name of your wireless network.

Note: If you do not find your wireless network, go to Advanced Options and then select Specify Unlisted Network. Proceed to enter the name of your wireless network, after which you will be asked to select the security type.

3. Enter your wireless network password.

4. You will get a prompt to update your console software. Select Yes.

Still Not Connecting?

If you get a connection error message after these steps, you should try using the Xbox LIVE Connection Solution to fix the problem.

If your wireless network is not listed in Step 2 above, you can read about how to Improve Xbox Live Speed.

4. Wireless Gaming Adapters: Wireless network is not visible to connect in xbox

I am having the same issue with my new Xbox one X

Initially I had no problems and was able to connect to wifi, but I got home after work and started my Xbox up and noticed it wouldn’t allow me to connect anymore. I’ve used it for a while with no issue and all of the sudden I can no longer see my wireless
connection or anything, but I am connected on my phone to the wireless.

I’ve tried a few things like turning the xbox off and unplugging the router but have come out with no results. I could use some help.

XBox wireless problems

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your Xbox 360 wireless adapter. A flashing green light indicates that the adapter is attempting to connect to a wireless network. When you try to connect to your wireless network, does the console prompt you to connect
an Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter, or does it recognize the adapter but display no wireless networks in the list?

XBox wireless problems

If I don't have the adapter plugged into the console, it can't find my wireless network. I just get a message saying "To use a wireless internet connection, connect an Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter to your console."

Having trouble with my wireless adapter (I think)

Greetings!

To me it sounds like your Wireless network adapter is is defective.

The flashing green light on your wireless network adapter would indicate that the adapter is
trying to connect to a wireless network.

Have you tried to connect your wireless adapter to a different USB port on your console?
Remove and replace wireless adapter
When you say, "replace", I assume you are referring to a simple, plug-it-back, after being removed, or?

Do you have the option to connect your wireless network adapter to a friends Xbox 360?

Xbox 360 slim wont pick up any router signals.

Have you received an error message stating that for you to connect to a wireless network you must use a wireless network adapter even though you have the Xbox 360 S with wireless network adapter built in?
