    How to charge your Xbox Wireless Headset

    You should charge your wireless headset overnight before you start using it for the first time. You can charge your wireless headset using a USB charging cable or an AC power adapter.

    To charge with a USB charging cable, connect one end of the headset charging cable to your wireless headset and plug the other end into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console. You have to turn on your console to charge the headset.

    To charge with an AC power adapter, plug it into an electrical outlet and connect the other end to the wireless headset.

    Note: When you connect the AC power adapter with your headset, the connection (if any) between the headset and console will be interrupted.

    At the time of charging, the lights on your wireless headset flash one at a time, and then turn off. But when the headset is fully charged, all four lights blink together.

    The headset beeps when the battery is low.

    • If your headset beeps two times, it means that 30 minutes of battery life remains.
    • If it beeps three times, 5 minutes of battery life remains.

    Sorry to hear about your situation.



    But, are you trying a wireless or wired connection? It sounds like wireless.



    If so, is the wireless adapter an internal or an external device?



    You stated that a wired connection works, so that seems to point to a problem with the adapter.



    Hopefully, trying a new adapter will solve the problem.

    I am having an issue with my new Xbox one X

    Initially I had no problems and was able to connect to wifi, but I got home after work and started my Xbox up and noticed it wouldn’t allow me to connect to wifi anymore. I’ve used it for a while with no issue and all of the sudden I can no longer see my
    wireless connection or anything, but I am connected on my phone to the wireless.

    I’ve tried a few things like turning the xbox off and unplugging the router but have come out with no results. I could use some help.

    If possible try connecting your console to the router using an ethernet cable instead of the wireless adapter. This will confirm if the problem is limited to the wireless or the internet connection.

    If the problem goes away once you have used cable or you can't try plugging it in directly take a look at the

    wireless adapter support page    .

    Next option is to unplug the adapter, reset all of the wireless settings to default and follow the

    connection setup steps    .

    Gabriel can you try disconnecting the wireless adapter and open the app?
    If that works, connect the wireless adapter with the app opened.

    By the way, is this wireless adapter the Xbox Wireless adapter? Or is a Bluetooth adapter?
