    Hello, I'm having a problem with my xbox one that prevents me from enjoying the console. Here's the problem: both the wired and wi-fi connections have a much slower speed than other nearby devices, making it impossible for games.

    My pc , on the xbox side, with a wifi adapter or even an ethernet cable, gets speeds around 80 ~ 100mb, and my xbox one features speeds of less than 10mb with cable or wifi. Anyone know a solution to this problem?

    And, if you can buy or borrow a wireless adapter, try connecting by WiFi if your router has WiFi. New Xbox branded wireless-N adapters go for $60

    What does the Wi-Fi Speed statistic mean under Network Statistics?

    Network statistics are an average speed. Microsoft likes to cap every individual download as to not overload their servers.
    [Mod Removed]. Ethernet will always be faster and more consistent than WiFi. You have a lot of wireless interference even if you don't know it. OTA TV, Cell, Microwaves, Satellite TV, Cordless Phones, Other wireless APs around you. That and
    the 360's built in adapter is pretty basic cheap adapter so don't expect amazing speeds out of it.

    Wireless USB Keyboard with xbox one

    It is recommended to use Microsoft Wired Keyboard, as wireless adapter for keyboard will interfere with Xbox One's internal wireless adapter for Controllers or WiFi, and Xbox One does not have drivers for keyboard wireless dongle.
