I have tried all of these methods and none have worked. Is there a way I can completely reinstall all of the standard Windows drivers without completely reinstalling Windows?

Corrupted components of your system is one possible reason why you are having issues with Teredo Tunneling. Here are two methods on how to troubleshoot Teredo Tunneling issues:

And as I mentioned, "Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter" does not exist in the manual driver installation list:



*The driver not readable on the list is "Wake on Lan Pattern Install Section"

That is everything. I did check the relevant services, and all of them are running.I have rebooted the computer no less than six times (having done
it each time I thought it was fixed and just needed a reboot)
(I apologize for so many pictures. I just want to be thorough and give all the information that might be needed to find the problem in case it's something not mentioned in the articles.)
