    Hello

    Please help!

    I have been having issues inviting my friends to games or joining there’s. My NAT is classed as open and all network connection tests I have done all say good. So why can’t I invite friends to games it just stays blank whenever I try to click on it.

    I have tried all the simple soloutions such as restarting my Xbox and WiFi.

    I am not having any other issues with party I can still join and chat in a party just won’t let me join a game.

    Yes I have tried inviting someone to a game while being in a game!

    How do I send game invites/play with friends?

    As FearedNightmare said.

    You want to be in a party with your friend first before trying to invite friends to your game or them invite you to their game.

    Also, Make sure your NAT: Type is set to Open. It's better that your friend has the same NAT: Type as-well set to Open.

    Can't join only one friend's party chats

    Me and one of my friends cannot connect to each other via party chats or game invites. This only happens with this one friend. I can't seem to figure out why this is. We can both connect to our other friends just fine. We are both on wireless connections
    and I have a open NAT type and he has a Open NAT type. Help me?

    Heya!

    If you go through the standard Xbox One console process of adding people to the game or starting a party and inviting your party to the game do you get the same errors?

    Could you share photos of any errors you are seeing?

    What is your current NAT type and is the console wired or wireless?

    This is what the message looks like. Note: It isn't mine, but its exactly identical to the error I am receiving when playing Xbox 360 games.

    Our NAT type is open and the Xbox One is connected via wireless.

    Online Play Restricted

    Run a network and multiplayer test. There may purely be an issue with your NAT. Is it Open/Strict?

    Are other games working? Not all are impacted by Nat type.

    Have you tried playing with a friend on the game? You need to complete the tutorial to invite friends in btw.

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? wired

    Things you have tried: all the suggested things from the "Start Here" thread

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown No, UPnP is a horrible tool, it Took me ages to get my XBL to have an OPEN NAT-type with the culprit in the end being UPnP. No UPnP with the correct ports forwarded resulted in a perfect connection to XBL

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? NAT type: OPEN ( see above)

    Any Error Codes you encounter: just the standard error messages when XBL drops and you can't reconnect

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? ZIGGO
