    For literal months now my Xbox One has refused to stay connected to ANY controller I use that isn't wired. I even bought a new controller thinking it was some issue with the hardware, no such luck. The controller will connect for maybe 30 minutes if I'm
    lucky before losing sync with the console. And if it does end up staying connected it disconnects my console from my WiFi which SHOULDN'T EVEN BE POSSIBLE? It isn't an issue of distance from the controller nor is there anything blocking my console. All the
    controllers and my console itself are up to date so it isn't that either. I have tried:

    -Every tech support option on the Microsoft site, they help reconnect the controller briefly before it loses connection 5 minutes later

    -Dozens of Youtube help videos

    -Multiple forums of people dealing with the same issue

    AND NOTHING HAS WORKED

    This is literally my last option cause I have literally no idea what to do at this point aside from buying an entirely new console. The Microsoft support site is literally no help, it just takes me back to the same answers for solutions that only delay the
    inevitable and the virtual agent is just as unhelpful. I wish I could actually CALL Microsoft, but it doesn't seem like there is even any way to. I tried tons of combos cause apparently NO issue is good enough to try and just get the support number and in
    the end all they tell you to do is go to the website before hanging up.

    This is the most annoying issue I have ever had to deal with with this console. I'd rather it red ring and explode rather than doing this, it makes anything almost unplayable. So any actual help I can get from a real person would be incredibly helpful cause
    I feel like I'm losing my mind

    No sorry there isn't. The Xbox 360 wireless controller is wireless at all times, it was not designed to work with a wired connection. A play and charge cable would only charge the controller since the controller itself has no data
    port. To use a Wireless controller you will need a Wireless Gaming Receiver. MS no longer make these, all the ones sold on the Internet are actually third party. I understand they can be difficult to set up sometimes.

    Only the Xbox One controller can be used with either a wire or wireless.

    a wireless Xbox One controller to your console    " contains information about the Xbox One controllers. The article states, "You can connect up to eight wireless controllers to a console." We hope this helps!
