Wireless controller Joystick broken

I can not get a "Service Order" for the form I completed for my broken Xbox One controller.

Namely, it is a red controller that I buy a Micromania (French commercial), the problem being the left stick that is broken. I have the ticket of guarantee.

And I can not contact the xbox support, if you could help me send this controller ... Knowing that I have 3 to send for repair ...

Depending on where you bought it some stores will actually cover the controller for a full 12 month warranty, If its out of warranty with microsoft then its worth trying with the store.

Hello Biscotte,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. If the controllers are older than 90 days there is no repair for out of warranty repairs. You can try the

Device support to set up a repair. If not able to do that you can request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Usto get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
