    Wired Xbox one controller won't connect to the computer.


    I used to utilize the xbox one controller on my computer through an usb cable, but the one i used stopped working and all the other cables i tried testing aren't working When i connect the cable to to the controller the light turn on instantly as if it
    was connected to something, which is not the case, making it impossible to turn the controller off by pressing the button and to connect it to the computer.

    Having problems with my wireless headset.

    Troubleshooting doesn't help. Headset connects to port one and as soon as I plug in my wired controller, the controller connects to port 2 and they won't sync together.

    Xbox 360 controllers will not connect wirelessly to a computer. If you are trying to use a Play-and-Charge cable to connect through USB, that is not what it is designed for and won't be compatible. If you really want to use an xbox controller on your computer
    I would recommend either purchasing an adapter build to do this, or one of the controllers out there that are built for PC.
