Wired ps4 controller not detected by pc xcloud

Hi, I've been using using xcloud for 15 days and everything worked normaly. I used my ps4 controller with DS4 because xbox app didn't detected originaly. But 2/3 days ago the xcloud just stopped detecting my controller even with DS4. I've tried uninstalling DS4, plug/unplug the controller, restard the computer but nothing change. The controller is still connected I can play to Steam and EGS games even moving through xbox app menu but when I try to start the xcloud it still need me to connect a controller. Does anybody have faced the same issue and found a solution?

Hi there Bryan welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I suggest uninstalling the accessories app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Unfortunately, PC wheels are not officially supported on Xcloud at this time.. We recommend using a controller that is officially supported by Xcloud for the best experience. You can find a list of supported controllers on the Xcloud website.

In addition to the instructions from XBF Chris J, make sure that you really have a wired Xbox 360 controller, and not a wireless Xbox 360 controller that you connect with a Play & Charge kit cable.

A real Xbox 360 controller that works with PC has a fixed, non-removable cable. If you can unplug the cable from the front of the controller, that cable ONLY transmits power to charge the controller.

No controller data can be transmitted via that charging cable, and therefore the PC can not detect it. But when the controller detects power coming through that cable, it vibrates shortly. Maybe it's that why the controller "only" vibrates, but is not detected
by the PC.

I have downloaded the Xbox Accessories app but the controller doesn't show up and I'm using a PS4 controller. My steam and DS4 software does detects the controller and my other applications as well as such Gog, Uplay, Epic Launcher, Battle.Net, EA Play, and etc. I don't understand why when playing the game via Clould Gaming it does detects the controller but when downloading the game on the PC the gamepass doesn't detects the controller!

He's talking about PC, not Xbox. Don't forget, you can use a PlayStation controller on Xcloud, so using the controller on PC may work.
