Wired Connection Issues After Restarting Console

Try to log out and hard restart your console. After that if you still have issues try the wired connection.

First off, check your NAT type settings to see if you have an Open, Moderate or strict. (Open is always best). If you’re connecting your Xbox to your router via wireless, try a wired connection. Try restarting both your router and your console. After restarting
your console reconnect it back to the router by reinserting all information required. Doing a restart and reconnection worked for me when I was having connection issues.

You've had an issue with your network connection while updating.

If your using wired try WiFi or wait a while and restart your console. It should restart the update if you have a stable connection.

What is the error code you see?

It sounds like you have a network connection issue.

Have you restarted your network hardware and then after you have established connection to your ISP, restarted your XBox console?

Are you using WiFi or a wired connection to connect to XBox Live?

Do the Collections appear after you select Restart on your device? It is important that you restart instead of shutting down and booting up your device afterwards.
