    I only play Microsoft Solitaire (although I haven't for months now because it hasn't worked for months--freezes up shortly after starting a game) and Seeker's Notes (which I REALLY like and play off & on daily). I have quite a few issues when in Seeker's Notes such as 1. RARELY can get in to see how our guild is doing in the Magister's Path and 2. now I can't visit anybody. Seems there's always SOMEthing wrong.

    Check if there are any pending windows updates. Update it to the latest version. Check if there are any updates for the windows store and xbox app. Force quit the game and try updating and launch the game. After updates restart the PC
