Well that's a given seeing as mac apps are made for Mac OS AND iOS

One major problem with your theory

You need ms xbox game services for windows 10 to run the app

Apple doesnt allow anything to overwrite their core services

And fyi xbox games uses direct x which is not compatible with mac os

No windows will install on a m1 you will have to get an older mac that is Intel compatible

If you set up your Mac with Bootcamp to install a recent Windows 10, then yes.

But you can't run Game Pass PC/Ultimate on MacOS natively. You will need Windows 10 running on your Mac.

Bedrock edition is not available if you're using MacOS, only for Windows devices.

The only way to access to that edition if you're on Mac is:

A. Create a Windows virtual machine and install the game from there (depending on your Mac hardware the performance is not going to be good)

B. If you are using an Intel Mac, you create a new Windows partition using bootcamp.

Or if you have a Windows PC. You just need to install Minecraft launcher via Microsoft Store / Xbox app and install the game there

You can however use steam. On both or install Windows in your mac ro run Windows games
