Windows thinks i have a something installed which it isn't

So I watch using Xbox game pass pc yesterday to install l Forza Horizon 4 but then my computer crashed for no reason, when it finished I went to check on the installation FH4 (Forza Horizon 4) wasn't in my library. So I went to the store and tried installing FH4 again but it said I don't have enough space, now that's the thing I do have the space. When i first tried to download it before the crash it said I had enough to download it but now it says I don't , I think windows thinks it's finished installing but it's not, It's nowhere in my system.

I appreciate the help, but the problem isn't that there is any corruption or health changes that need to be made to the pc, this is a brand new installation of windows 10 and I have installed windows 10 multiple times to verify that this was the problem.
For whatever reason something isn't set up right or communicating (if that makes sense, sorry for the poor explanation).

I have the exact same problem, even after a clean install of Windows 10 and Windows 11.

I'm finding that none of the games I download from Game Pass install to C:\XboxGames which I think is contributing to Skywalker Saga hanging on launch.

I think it will depends on which games will go to steam. Isn't there something that steam allows it's overlay onto other games?
