Discus and support Windows store wont update Xbox app and I cant download ultimate pass games on PC either... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So its been this way for over a year now, I bought a gaming laptop for £2321 and whilst steam games have been great, the gamepass situation is a joke....     Windows store wont update Xbox app and I cant download ultimate pass games on PC either...


    So its been this way for over a year now, I bought a gaming laptop for £2321 and whilst steam games have been great, the gamepass situation is a joke. I try to update the app on the windows store and it wont do anything, I try to open the xbox app it says its out of date. I go onto https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/m...9ht?wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot:overviewtab to download this game, nothing happens. I'm signed in, no issues there, I just cant get this working at all, tried to contact support and instead it just leads me here

    I would really like to play Halo on the PC running at 120fps but I cant even see the option to install on the PC

    so frustrating...any help surely welcome

    Sounds to me like they aren't signed in with the same account they used before. To download previously purchased games again on a new system or otherwise, they need to be signed in with the same account that purchased the game/s.

    Xbox Companion App is for streaming games from an Xbox console to a PC. The Xbox App for PC is used for PC Game Pass, if you don't have Game Pass Ultimate or just Game Pass PC, you don't need to use this app as purchased games can be downloaded using the Windows Store App in Windows 10.

    microsoft store/xbox app error code 0x80073cf3

    I cant download minecraft dungeons from microsoft store despite me having xbox game pass ultimate for pc. I have reinstalled windows, and done like a billion things to attempt to fix it. 0x80073CF3 this is the error code and it says Wait a few minutes and try that again. The update failed. This means that there’s already an existing version of the game on your console or Windows 10 device.
