Windows store wont let me downloand Forza motorsport 6: apex even though I have the required ...

When I got to the store page for Forza Motorsport 6: apex, it tells me I do not have the required Direct X version when my computer tells me I have Direct X 12. Why will windows not let me download the game?

Forza 6 Motorsport: Apex Error (AP601)

Hey guys,

I have a Problem with Forza Motorsport 6:Apex, i get everytime the Error:
AP 601.

it says me i have to download and install "Windows Media-Komponents. So i did it. (nothing happened)

What i alreary did:

Re-installed Forza Motorsport 6:Apex

Re-installed Windows 10

Aked the Xbox Support

Google (cant find something)

Assuming you have a DX12 compatible video card I would double check windows update and your video drivers to make sure everything is current.

You can also go into the Windows APP store, click on your Gamertag Icon on the top right hand side of the screen go to downloads and updates then click on check for updates.
