I can try to restore the Windows Store

select the Windows +X keys.

In the options that appear, click on CMD as administrator.

In the CMD screen type: wsreset.exe and press Enter.

Restart the computer. If that doesn't work, try this procedure: Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

Thank you for the help, but unfortunately, that did not work. I attempted to bring up Halo Wars 2 again, and it went full screen, but then froze. Same with Ark.

Unfortunately, that didn't work either. Halo Wars 2 got stuck again in the same place. On top of that, the troubleshooter, which was all ready set up to run, didn't find anything to troubleshoot.

Try re-registering Store app. Perform these steps:

1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From results, right click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.

3. Then type following command and press Enter key:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Let the command complete.

4. Close Windows PowerShell and check Store app, it should work fine now.
