Windows Security is preventing me from launching Red Dead Redemption 2.

I have played Red Dead Redemption on my computer before for a long time, and now it's starting to not work. When I attempt to launch the game, it starts to load but when the loading bar is completed, it crashes back to desktop. I have tried putting Red Dead and Rockstar Games in an exclusion folder, I've tried validating the game files on Steam, and I've tried deleting the settings folder for Red Dead. I don't know what to do and I need some help from a professional.

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
