Is it possible to change it to the Adult Permissions on PC? If so can you give me the steps to get to the section to change the permissions.

@THE HODFATHER, I have a similar problem on my laptop with Windows 8.1, that was upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7. Adera, Microsoft Minesweeper and Monster Island could not sign in. I installed the games on a tablet with Windows 8.1 and there I got
a prompt to grant the games permission to modify my Xbox Live information. After I did so the games could sign in on the laptop as well. (Microsoft Minesweeper did not start on the laptop but after removing and reinstalling it, it did and it was able to sign
in too). I wonder if in your case setting the permission has failed (or is failing) the first time you run a game. If the permission is set and set to 'denied' you can probably change it through the web in your Microsoft account. If the permission is not set
then there is no entry for the game in your Microsoft account and the game gives a vague error message that it can't sign into Xbox Live instead of prompting for the permission. In that case you have the same situation as me which you can resolve by installing
the game on another device and granting it permission to modify your Xbox Live information.
