I am having the same trouble it seems a lot of people are having. When I try to open Microsoft Mahjong I get a blank page like a commercial is trying to open but it never does. What is the problem?

    Hello PleasantLeek92,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Mahjong for Windows 10 is not able to open. Does this issue occur with any other games? What is the error code that appears when the game fails to open? We recommend making sure that

Windows 10 is up to date . Also, the
Microsoft Casual Games Community website contains an FAQ that provides solutions for error codes. Be sure to let us know the results PleasantLeek92!
