    Windows Hello


    Ok so after getting a pc for the first time, I tried to log into my original Microsoft account so I could have the games and progress from my console brought over. The issue being that when I tried to login, I was prompted to a Windows Hello pin login even though I had never made nor set up one before. And after going through many steps and tutorials on how to remove this feature, I have had no luck. Can anyone help?

    We understand you are having issues with logging into your Microsoft account on your PC. Let's work on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

    Windows Hello PIN is a security feature that allows you to sign in to your device using a PIN that you create and link to your account. Sometimes, Windows may ask you to set up a PIN when you first sign in to your device or when you add a new account.

    To remove the Windows Hello PIN, you can try the following steps:



    - Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.

    - Under Windows Hello PIN, click on Remove.

    - Enter your Microsoft account password and click on OK.

    - Confirm that you want to remove the PIN and click on Remove again.



    If this does not work, you can also try to reset your PIN by following these steps:



    - Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.

    - Under Windows Hello PIN, click on I forgot my PIN.

    - Enter your Microsoft account password and click on Continue.

    - Follow the instructions to create a new PIN and confirm it.

    This PIN you are asking for is the same PIN you use on your Windows to log in to your PC. Try using it.
