    Windows Hello PIN??


    Hello. So recently I decided to buy Minecraft with my friends on PC. We noticed that the download wasn't going very fast so we exited the launcher and went to the Microsoft Store in order to try and relaunch the game. However, when trying to sign into my Microsoft account, it brings up a prompt asking to use Windows Hello and then requests a PIN. I have never once set up a PIN on the account I am attempting to use and in fact am unable to even use the feature on my device according to my settings. Is there any way to bypass this problem? I have tried every option I can think of and Microsoft no longer has human representatives on the phone so I have been unable to specifically search for the problem that I am having.

    This PIN you are asking for is the same PIN you use on your Windows to log in to your PC. Try using it.

    Yes and after entering the password, it sends me to the next window asking to use a Windows Hello account and then requests a PIN number. I do not know the PIN number as I never made one for the account in question.

    It's asking for the password you use on your PC to log in. Have you tried using this password?
