Windows Game Bar incorpartivel com Intel HD 620?

So when you open your game bar using "windows+g" what does the GPU section say? currently when i open mine it is only sitting at 5% as i am not doing anything that is graphically intensive so that 0% could quite possible be something that is normal, just
a question are you only running the "Intel HD 620" or is there a second graphics card installed?

I only have the intel hd 620, in games is also 0%
