Windows Cannot Find Executable

I recently signed up for XBox Game Pass Ultimate and am gaming on the PC. I have the Xbox (beta) app installed and I downloaded and installed The Outer Worlds. When I try to run it, it gives me this error message: Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PrivateDivision.TheOuterWorldsWindows10_1.1.3...\TheOuterWorlds.exe'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

This also gives a similar error message when I try to install and run other games.

Windows 10 is up to date and I have no problem installing and playing games on other platforms like Steam, Epic. etc.

set to grant access to up to 3GB of address space. Beyond that the games crash. It takes a 64bit executable to go beyond 3GB.

Yes, the 7GB on the PS4 set aside for gaming is overkill. The CPU and GPU execution resources cannot take advantage of it. At best, they can carve out some to use as a RAM disk for caching purposes.
