1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press Y on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

I have now tried all the methods you sent, but none of them fixed the problem. But I have noticed, that the reason I cant change the folder from read only is because file GWT.exe(i am trying to run ghostwire tokyo) denies my access to it

Compatibility mode did not work, and when i try to run the windows 7/8 launcher installer it says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" But I only have one user on my computer and I am the admin so I don't know what I can't access.
