Windows App with error 0x406

HELLO, I GOT MY PC SIX MONTHS, IT IS ALWAYS UPDATED, I USE ORIGINAL WINDOWS AND EVERYTHING. I CREATED MY EXBOZ ACCOUNT MORE THAN TWO MONTHS, BUT I COULD NEVER BE ABLE TO LOG IN THE APP. ALWAYS SHOW THAT IT HAS AN ERROR (0x406) AND REQUESTS ME TO TRY LATER.
I AM VERY BLASTED, NOTHING THIS APP DOES NOT WANT TO WORK AND I CAN NOT UNINSTALL IT ONCE ON ALL OF MY PC. THAT'S VERY DISTURBING.

Cannot Sign In on Xbox App

I just installed the Xbox app on the Windows 10 and it say that I can't sign in with the error (0x406). What does this error mean

Let's try to troubleshoot the Xbox app on your computer so that we could find a way for you to sign in your account on it. I recommend that you try the following solutions below:

Solution 1: Run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan and repair your Xbox app. You may refer to this
link to run the troubleshooter.

Solution 2: Reset the Xbox app.

1. Press the Windows key, and then select the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Go to Apps and Features, and locate the Xbox app.
4. Click the Xbox app, and then select Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your computer.

Solution 3: Disable Manual proxy setup.

1. From Settings page, go to Network and Internet.
2. Go to Proxy tab.
3. Turn off the toggle switch under "Use proxy server".
4. Launch Xbox app.

Solution 4: Reinstall the Xbox app.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
4. Hit Enter.
5. Restart your computer
6. Download the Xbox app from Windows Store.
