    I have a different xbox profile on my phone compared to the two profiles on my 360 console and i have tried everything on the xbox site to fix it and nothing has worked i think i need to change the profile on my windows phone in order for it to connect
    but i don't know how to change it now that it is set. Can you help me

    You need to use the email associated with your Xbox Live profile as the phone's Primary Microsoft Account (MSA). The only way to change that is with a full/hard reset of the device.

    You can do that by going to Settings/About/Reset and then during initial set-up use the same email address that is the primary on your Xbox Live profile (the one you sign in with).

    Note that a hard reset will erase everything from your phone. Email, contacts and so on will re-sync when you add their respective accounts back to the device, and SkyDrive photos will be restored, but anything not backed up will be lost.
