Windows 11 Xbox Game Bar Crashing

Xbox Game Bar is crashing 1-2 seconds after I open it with they keyboard shortcut. I tried to install and reinstall manually through Powershell. Below is the error.

I decided to just re-install windows as that would be the same as making a new user.

Yes, that also works. But I usually recommend that as the last resource
Some people aren't willing to do a clean install at the first attempt

I tried all of those and the only thing that worked was making a new local admin account.
