[Windows 11] Xbox App erkennt Ultimate Game Pass Abo nicht

Thank you for your response and details regarding the error you are receiving. For a few users, resetting the Xbox app has fixed this error. To do this:

Step 1: Navigate to your Windows settings (Windows Key + I)

Step 2: Select Apps and Features

Step 3: Select Xbox and select Advanced Options

Step 4: Scroll down and select Reset which can be found under repair

If this does not resolve the error, you may also contact us directly at Xbox Support - Contact Us so we can confirm if there is anything on your account preventing you from accessing some features.

I already resetted the Xbox app a few times in the past but that did not help. I also wrote that already in my last post. I will use the link you provided and contact the Xbox Support directly.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that you have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but the Xbox app does not recognize you as a Game Pass Ultimate user. Before trying to find a solution, do you have an Xbox console? If you do, can you please let us know if the Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions is also receiving errors on the console as well as PC? Do you see any error numbered codes when you receive the error?

Hello Tali,

yes, I have an Xbox console, an Xbox One S and on my console everything is fine. No problems with my Game Pass Ultimate. Unfortunately i do not get any numbered errors, just those messages in the screenshots. I did the following: I signed out from the Xbox and Store app, in my microsoft account I removed my PC from the registered devices list and linked store devices, in the Settings app I did a reset of both apps. After a reboot i get this:

The app shows that Microsoft and Store account are not the same. How can that be?





But in the Store app my account is recognized correctly with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription. E.g. The Ascent is recognized as a game included in the Game Pass Ultimate and the button says "Install from Xbox App". If I click the button, the Xbox app opens but i get this Message:





It says "It seems you're stranded. There could be a problem with the app. Please try again after a while." And again no numbered errors.
