Windows 11 - XBox App and Xbox Game Pass - Unable to install any game (error 0x00000001)

I have bought the Xbox Game Pass but I'm unable to install any game with the Xbox app on Windows 11.

I still have the error 0x00000001 (and also 0xa3e903ed).

I've tried the following games :

Doom 64

Humankind

Art of Rally

Minecraft

Forza Horizon 4 -> this one get installed but then I can't launch it (same error)

Note that I've checked this help - I could only test the 2nd part (reinstall game service) as the suggested KB is only for Windows 10 :

Note that I'm running Windows 11 on a Macbook 13 with M1 chip in Parallels Desktop, but many Steam games (DirectX 11 max) are working fine.

Could someone help ?

I managed to install Windows 10 ARM version following this YouTube video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MLGL0f4gS4

Then after Windows 10 install, I've only added the Xbox Game Pass app.

First, Xbox app seems to be working even worse than on the Windows 11 ARM system (I had errors while trying to get connected which I did not have on Windows 11 OS).

But after a successful connexion, I found out that the 0x00000001 error code Xbox App download issue is still there. So it seems linked to ARM OS versions (tried with Doom 64 game).

I can't install both AoE IV and Forza Horizon 5 through Game Pass 0x00000001 error message. I tried everything, including a fresh install of Windows 11, but I still have this issue.

Hi Alireza Hamidi, i still meet the error 0x00000001 while downloading games from Xbox app on windows 11. Will you please help to solve.

I can't play any games since a month a I pay (even if it's cheap it is not normal).

My windows 10 is not ARM and I have the same issue. I'm sure it's not just that.
