Windows 11 Streaming Doesn't Work (Windows 10 did) Xbox One to PC

i was able to game all day yesterday tho after rolling back to windows 10

my windows actually auto-updated to windows 11 when i logged in and now it doesn't work again

1. Open Settings.
   
2. Click on System.
   
3. Click the Recovery page on the right side. ...
   
4. Under the "Recovery options" section, in the "Previous version of Windows" settings, click the Go back button. ...
   
5. Select any of the reasons available. ...
   
6. Click the Next button.
   
7. Click the No, thanks button.
