Windows 11 Reliability Monitor is showing hardware error.....anyone know what is wrong??????

Actually I thought that something bad has happened to my laptop so I gave it to the store and reported them problem and They did the reset of windows. I think they did it via pc settings. I will try these steps and report to you thanks for helping

I disabled all the startup apps and Did a clean boot but still my laptop is freezing and black screen problem. Don't know ehat to do now😔.

However, before that I would like to ask how did you reset your Windows PC, did you do it via PC Settings?

Meanwhile, please try each possible solution below:

1. Open the task manager and go to the startup tab, once there, click “disable” on each app listed.
After that, restart the PC and try using your PC.

some questions, remember this forum is community driven and there is no main support here.

1. what version of windows are you using

2. is windows fully up to date (if you have windows 11 24H2 then this could be the issue as that update is broken beyond repair)

3. are all your drivers fully up to date

4. have you checked event viewer for any errors for the games not starting as that usually give an idea or if not start reliability monitor and that will show errors

I am only asking as all the games start fine for me and everyone I know and if there was major issues with the actual games then everybody would have them.

I am on windows 11, the way i see this, since I have reported this here and on reddit I am seeing more and more people with the exact same issue pop up. I am on windows 11 have not tried 10. I suggest since this is a controller firmware issue since I found older threads with a very simlar issue happening where the screen would go black and dwm.exe would crash and the reliability monitor produced a near identic error. The only difference was the older threads showed ism.dll was the cause of the error and the issue we are having is showing gameinput.dll as the fault, but everything else regarding the error was identical. People fixed that error updating there controller firmware. I am very certain this to needs to be fixed MS
