Windows 10 Xbox live multiplayer server connectivity blocked

Hi

I am unable to play any Xbox live game multiplayer game (Horizon 4) as the server connectivity is blocked. Current situation:





I went through hundreds of pages of debugging and let me just say nothing is working. Let me show what I tried:

1. Windows updated to latest version.

2. Teredo adapter - It is missing from device manager and no matter how many times people have said to check hidden stuff and download using add legacy hardware, NO, it is not available anywhere. I even downloaded 3rd party driver updaters, but none could
find Teredo adapter for me. I also read somewhere that Teredo is now integrated with windows but I am not sure.

3. Status of Teredo:





I have also tried changing type to default or just client, nothing works to be honest. I have tried resetting it, restarting it, nothing works.

4. IP helper seems to be a common problem for Teredo, so I gave automatic running status in services.msc along with all its dependencies. Still nothing works.

5. I am using Kaspersky IS, made an exception for Xbox apps, still not working. Windows firewall is disabled in favour of Kaspersky IS.

Uninstalling/Reinstalling Windows 10 is just not possible for me right now for this issue. So any way can this be resolved?
