Windows 10 Xbox App - Teredo adapter not installing

Hello there!

I'm trying to setup Teredo on my windows 10 xbox app to allow me to use party chat.

My network settings currently look like this.

I followed the steps in this guide to the letter. However, on step six of solution two, I was unable to find a currently installed teredo device. When
I restarted my computer and ran the second command prompt command, teredo did not install. Note that I had view set to see hidden devices.

I looked through a few of the other solutions, and attempted solutions 3,5,6, and 7. None of these worked, and I assumed attempting other solutions would be pointless without teredo actively installed.

I'm using windows defender as my primary antivirus. Here is a picture of the results of my command prompt inquires. Here is a picture of the solution 3 command prompt results.

I'm not sure what to do here. I've attempted manual installs of teredo in the past and have gotten nothing but headaches out of them. Let me know what you think.

I recommend to try this troubleshooting resource :
Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify”

• To re-enable the Teredo adapter:

1. Right-click the Start icon, and then select Command Prompt (Admin).
   
2. Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:
   netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
   

Note: The Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter will reinstall automatically. Don’t install the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface adapter manually in Device Manager, as this may cause issues with Teredo functionality.

Hey, all. For folks hitting this issue on the Xbox App on Windows 10, please try the steps listed here:

Through our investigations we've found a few different issues that tend to pop up on Windows 10 devices with regarding Party Chat:

1. Teredo adapter not functioning normally.

2. Windows Firewall being shut down (sometimes by third party security software), blocking Teredo connectivity.

3. Third party security software blocking Teredo connectivity.

The steps in the link above walk through some workarounds for the most common scenarios we've encountered.
