windows 10 xbox app - last 2 weeks, no message support

I am not getting this message but I have followed all of the steps anyway. For the last week I am unable to message in the xBox app on my windows 10 PC. I am still able to get messages on the iPad app.

What is going on with this?

But the fun fact is, that the "Request a call from Support" isn't working in my country it seems..

Thanks for the reply. If you do not own an Xbox One console, then you should receive the URL's to redeem the offers via Xbox Live messages on the Xbox (Beta) app for Windows 10 or the Xbox Console Companion app (Windows 10
or mobile) sometime next week (first week of December). If you do not want to wait, you can request a call from support to see what they can do for you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

There is nothing that we can do regarding this promotion on the forums so you will either have to contact Xbox Customer Support for help or wait until next week to receive it via Xbox Live messages.
