Windows 10 Xbox App error code 0x80048869

Hi,

Im looking for any sort of answer or help as im trying to log into my account on the Xbox App on PC. It says that it cant log into xbox live or that i dont have an internet connection where as you can see i do have one. I am getting the error code 80048869. Ive tried troubleshooting but i havent seen anything on this code Any Help would be appreciated,

Hi there Pilot welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. What troubleshooting have you tried? If you haven't I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

yes i can log in to these website and my computer runs on windows 10. and yes i receive the error on all of these apps. and something i forgot to add was it also gives me another error before it gives the error i listed above , 0x80048869 is the error that shows up

Hello have you tried redeeming it both on the Windows 10 Xbox app and the Windows 10 Store as instructed in the following link,
